The main structural volume of the existing house is a two-story cellar house with a rectangular floor plan and a gable roof. It is typical of the development in the Masaryk Quarter from the period around the turn of the 20th and 30th years of the 20th century. The main entrance to the family house is from the north-west side from Havlíčkova Street. On the ground floor of the existing house, there is a vestibule, an entrance hall that connects the main living room with the social facilities and the kitchen with a pantry. On the upper floor, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a toilet, and a dressing room are accessible from the hallway. In the basement area, there are a garage, a storage room, a boiler room, and a laundry room. From the living room, a direct access to the newly designed terrace and the garden is proposed.
The intention of the reconstruction was a complete rehabilitation of the original design of the house using typical materials from the time of the house's creation. This primarily involves wooden box windows, facades clad in travertine, a plinth, and a fence made of pumice terrazzo. The wooden staircase was created as a partial replica of the original with the intentional use of a red accent, which is also designed on the wall in the entrance hall and on the travertine rosso fireplace cladding. In the windows of the hall, staircase, and bathroom, stained glass with various textures of clear glass were designed, inspired by the functionalist aesthetic of the 1920s. The interior features new white door leaves with beveled glasses and an oak glazing strip, linking to the oak parquet and travertine on the floor.
