Mladší brácha v Mníšku

Based on the realization of the house in Mníšek pod Brdy, we were approached by new clients. A married couple returning home after years abroad so their two children could start first grade in the Czech Republic. They bought a plot of land, also in Mníšek - right next to our mentioned realization!
We were therefore faced with an old-new assignment. The same plot, the same romantic wall, a young married couple, two children, a similar budget. Our advantages – we knew the location, we had already argued for the roof at the building office, we knew the neighbors. However, a feeling arose that was new to us. A concern, or rather a challenge, not to copy ourselves. After all, we built the house next door according to our best knowledge. Should the neighboring house be the same? We cannot deny ourselves!
To each client, we tailor-make solutions. Every investor, every family is different, which is why each house must be individual. We embarked on this adventure. We allowed ourselves to be influenced as much as possible by the new client and his family. We tried, as always, to empathize with their perception of life, to absorb their requests, wishes, and feelings… and their house was created.
Unlike its brother, the entrance is on the upper floor, which also features the driveway and garage. The ground floor contains two rooms. Currently, they serve as the parents' bedroom and study. When the children grow up, these will be their rooms. A floor below opens to the southern garden with a large living room, to which are attached two small rooms for children, and in the future, conversely, the parents' bedroom and study.
We are glad that in terms of expression, the brothers are similar; one house does not deny the other. However, each of them carries a distinct mark of its family. And that's why each is actually completely different.
We appreciate this exceptional challenge and look forward to the next one.
... and of course, we preserved that beautiful wall in the second design as well!
