The three-story building of the cultural house from the 1950s has been transformed into a multifunctional community center. The original external appearance of the building has been refined. In the newly added parts, the time of creation is acknowledged through the use of contemporary materials - aluminum frames, generous glazing, wooden cladding. The order of the original building is respected. A contrast is applied between the gray plaster of the original building and the fresh natural texture of the wooden cladding in the newly completed sections. The roofing of the eastern front serves as a unifying element with a flat roof and an overhanging cornice, protecting the facade from weather influences. A new two-sided accessible elevator enables barrier-free movement throughout all floors of the building. The reconstructed and newly created interiors are characterized by extensive use of noble materials: for example, brushed steel railings and handrails with generous glass surfaces. This is particularly utilized on the newly built balconies and the anteroom of the first floor, as well as in the views into the garden on the southern wall. From the old boiler room, a futuristic-looking club "Kotelna" has been created, thanks to the preservation of the original technical equipment, along with an adjoining bar, storage room, and elevator machine room.
I. above-ground floor. From the Otava River, visitors walk through the entrance hall to the cloakrooms. By utilizing the original technical background, an interestingly designed club space "Uhelna" and an adjacent lounge have been created.
II. above-ground floor. Two sets of stairs lead visitors from the entrance hall to the anteroom of the main hall. In the hall area, there are two bars with their own facilities. The main hall area can very easily and quickly be reconfigured thanks to a unique telescopic seating device, allowing it to be used for theater and dance performances. A new elevator has been installed in the foyer area. Similarly, the space beneath the stage is adjustable. The side corridors - northern and southern - are also accessible from the anteroom. In the northern corridor, a restaurant has been built with a separate entrance directly from the parking lot. The main space of the southern corridor features a smaller hall with a stage and seating area, suitable for theatrical purposes and conferences. On the southern side, the summer stage space adjoins the main hall.
III. above-ground floor. Access to the landing of the second floor is via a double-flight staircase in the southern wing of the western corridor, from where there is an entrance to the meeting room and the newly established clubroom. From the meeting room, there is access to the northern upper anteroom with a balcony. There is also a sound booth located here. In the eastern corridor, a wing for performers has been newly constructed along the stage.
IV. above-ground floor (attic). The western corridor contains fully equipped apartments for performers and offices.
