<Madeo Offices>

The offices of the digital agency Madeo are located in the center of Baťa's Zlín. The industrial environment of Zlín, combined with the Scandinavian ties of the company, inspired us in creating offices that support employee collaboration while also providing ample relaxation spaces. The color scheme and atmosphere of the interior connect to the client's dark visual identity. The materiality is inspired by the metal facade of the building in which it resides.
In the narrow layout of the building, we worked with open-office spaces as well as private soundproof rooms. The heart of the office is a steel bar with a social area and access to a large rooftop terrace overlooking Zlín.
Madeo occupies two floors of the long layout. With the striking colors of the corridor and staircase, we created a connecting element between both floors.
