Project:2012-13
Completion:2013-14
Price:70 000 000 CZK

The project is located in the village of Véska, near the main regional center - the city of Olomouc. The project's site is set in a beautiful natural environment, nestled at the foot of the Oderské hills. In close proximity, there is a local sports complex, which includes a golf course, tennis courts, a multipurpose playground, and other activities.
The hotel building is oriented towards the access road and is situated at the level of the clubhouse of the neighboring sports complex. The structure comprises a three-story block with a lightly glazed recessed floor. The interior space is connected by an atrium and a well-lit skylight at the roof level. Between the boundary of the plot and the building, there is an access road to parking spaces and technical facilities embedded below the main entrance level.
The hotel includes a foyer, restaurant, hall, kitchen, and facilities for these spaces on the first floor and technical facilities, storages, bowling, and fitness on the basement level. All supply logistics are ensured from the access area to the parking spaces at the basement level. 34 hotel rooms are located on the second and third above-ground floors and are largely oriented towards attractive views. They are accessible via stairs and an elevator located in the central part of the atrium with an elliptical gallery. The entrances to the rooms are oriented towards short corridors and the well-lit atrium. Most rooms have their own balcony, ensuring privacy for guests and attractive views of the surroundings. On the fourth floor, there is a viewing café with access to a rooftop terrace and views of the surrounding landscape. The entire building is barrier-free and adapted for persons with reduced mobility.
Structurally, the building is designed in a combined system of reinforced concrete monolithic skeleton supplemented with masonry load-bearing walls. The vertical load-bearing structures of the building consist mainly of reinforced concrete columns in a basic module of 3.75 x 6.3 m and reinforced concrete walls. All horizontal structures are composed of monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The façade of the building is designed with facing brick slips, which gives it a natural scale and integrates it into the context of the adjacent tennis complex. The glazed ground floor opens on the northern façade with an entrance leading into the lobby and restaurant space. On the opposite southern side, a glazed wall opens the view of the landscape from the conference hall and lounge. Individual rooms are separated on the balconies by panels of solid wooden slats.
