Apartment building Under Jalový Court

The first sketches of the residential building on Pod Jalovým dvorem street were created in June 2018. Over the next 4 years, thanks to excellent collaboration with an enlightened investor, a neglected corner with a car repair shop was transformed into a dignified place for living. A home that has all the qualities of contemporary urban life. A place where neighbors know each other.

The corner building in an L-shape responds to the specific situation of the location – a low-rise enclave surrounded by high-rise housing of a residential nature. It consists of two full and one partially recessed floors with parking and storage in a semi-buried basement. In total, the building comprises 17 residential units, three of which are duplexes. Community gatherings for residents are envisioned in the shared garden on the roof of the parking area.
