This is a residential building that draws from the architectural traditions of the Masaryk district, namely modern architecture that respects the grid urban structure. The building is situated parallel to Bohuslava Martinů Street, respecting the street line of the existing houses and with its mass closing off the existing gap. The building has two full and a third recessed above-ground floors facing Bohuslava Martinů Street.
The proposed building is a distinct composition of an apartment house with three communication cores, accentuated on the northern side by towers made of glass-concrete. On the southern side, the building opens up with a continuous row of loggias, which vary in the depth of the facade. The building is set on a greened terrace creating another facade of the house. Under the terrace, underground parking spaces are located, and on the southern edge of the terrace, one-sided oriented duplex row houses are proposed with front gardens accessible directly from the ground. Access to the main entrances of the building is situated on the northern side from Bohuslava Martinů Street. On the ground floor, there is a vestibule leading to a shared hall, to the elevator, and to the staircase. On the typical floor, three apartments of 1+kk, 3+kk, and possibly 4+kk are located on the landing. The apartments have a living space oriented southwards with a kitchenette. This space is connected to a loggia or terrace. From the shared central hall, bedrooms, a separate toilet, a bathroom, and a closet are accessible.
The facades are finished with plaster and painted in a broken white mineral color, with window openings framed by solid travertine slabs, which are also used for the dividing walls of the individual loggias. The entrance halls of the individual entrances are lined with polished red travertine, and the staircase steps are made of polished limestone.
