The apartment is located in a brick apartment building from the 1970s with six residential units. The addressed apartment is situated on the 1st floor.
The original apartment underwent extensive changes. The removal of interior partitions, chiseling of plaster, and demolition of the original floor down to the load-bearing structure occurred. New partitions were created, along with air conditioning ducts for recuperation, underfloor heating distribution, and other technical installations.
The apartment features a technical, rather austere monochromatic color scheme complemented by solid wood furniture and ash veneer decor. The color austerity is replaced by material diversity and texture.
The floor is made of poured white epoxy, transitioning into white carpeted areas in the rooms. The ceiling with a fine textured finish of exposed concrete is enhanced by a white lighting block above the cooking area. The walls are painted white and complemented by a wall made of graphite-gray titanium zinc panels running throughout the entire space. The titanium zinc panels also serve as a kitchen partition.
The interior is complemented by furniture made of ash veneer and black lighting fixtures. The entire interior offers intelligent electrical installations and biodynamic LED lighting.
The reconstructed urban apartment thus brings the comfort of the city and quality execution for its owner, who enjoys their new home.
