The building is situated on a difficult-to-stop plot of land between roadways. Several non-translateable engineering networks run through the plot, significantly affecting the layout of the 1st floor and the construction of the entire building.
The shape of the upper floors corresponds with the arc of the roadway.
The originally intended multifunctional content (shop, studio, apartments) was changed to purely administrative use.
