Biography
He taught and lectured at ETH Zurich, Accademia di Architettura di Mendrisio, TU Munich, and the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich. In 2012, he co-founded the studio Tochtermann Wündrich in Milan with Philipp Wündrich. In 2014, he opened an office in Munich. In 2015, they completed their first joint project (a 6x8m house in Vienna) and in 2016, an entrance object for the cultural center Verpackerei Gö. In 2020, he established his own office, Alexander Tochtermann Architekten, in Munich. Since 2021, he has been a professor at HTWK Leipzig.
